Land Seekers: WordPress to Webflow
A property site that lost visitors before they sent an enquiry. We rebuilt it in Webflow with listings fed from a spreadsheet, map search and filters.

Migrated WordPress Website to Webflow for a Real-estate Client Land Seekers
About the project
Land Seekers, a leading US-based real estate company, had a simple WordPress website that struggled to keep visitors engaged. So, the company wanted a nocode platform with extra features. These included property details, listings, search and filtering, interactive maps, market trends and statistics, and feedback forms. Based on these needs, the Zehntech team recommended Webflow for Land Seekers. We built a new Land Seekers Webflow website that is user-friendly, visually appealing and packed with features.
The new website lets the client easily manage content and property listings for their users.
The challenge
The outdated design made it hard for Land Seekers to engage visitors. It also made property inquiries difficult, and this led to a decline in revenue. So the client wanted to migrate the WordPress website to a no-code platform. The client also wanted enhancements: full property information, property listings, interactive maps, a dedicated blog section and an improved customer section.
What we built
To meet these needs, our team of experts proposed a website in Webflow. It included the following elements.
Interactive design and navigation: Our UI/UX designers created a user-friendly design that keeps visitors engaged.
Drag-and-drop functionality: We built the design in Webflow with its default drag-and-drop tools. We also made some customizations to match the UI/UX design.
Webflow APIs: We used Webflow APIs to update property listings from an Excel spreadsheet. The listings carry attractive descriptions, photos and videos, so visitors always see the most up-to-date information.
Enhanced search bar: We improved the search bar so visitors can search for properties by price range and property type.
Google maps: We added Google maps so visitors can explore property locations. They can zoom in, move around and discover nearby amenities with a click or tap.
Property listing sharing: We added a sharing option so visitors can share property details with friends and family.
Blog and customer support sections: We added a blog and customer support sections. As a result, users can get help whenever they need it.
