World Property Business Club

World Property Business Club is an exclusive club for real estate professionals and agencies. Zehntech built its WordPress multilingual website. The club has strong ties with real estate associations, brokers, agents, the real estate industry, the corporate sector, and consumers all over the world. Their website serves as a source of information and knowledge for the real estate professionals who are part of the club. The website also acts as a contact directory which consumers may use to obtain the contact information of real estate agents.

World Property Business Club noticed that their consumers were facing difficulty in looking up and managing agents on their previous website. As a result, they decided to revamp the website and improve its real estate agent lookup.

First, we studied the client requirements. Then we structured the website so that visitors can contact listed professionals by email, phone, or private chat. We also added a robust search that lets agents find each other by region.

We also redesigned the site to give real estate professionals access to partners. The website is multilingual, with English as the primary language and Spanish and French as secondary languages. We built a child theme from the Astra WordPress theme and used the Elementor builder for more details. For translation, we integrated the WPML plugin and a membership plugin. Then we used custom post types to manage agent records, courses, nation lists, and partner lists. For payments, we integrated the Stripe payment gateway into the website.

Robust Search – Users can search for agents in the database with filters.

Searching Agents Using Google Maps – We added a map search tool to the website that fetches agent information from the database.

Data Migration – We migrated the client data from the original portal to the new portal without any data loss. We also wrote a script to export the agent data in CSV format.

Custom Fields – We used them to manage the course prices, country pages, and partners pages.

Revolution Sliders – We added this feature to make the site more interactive for the user.

Google Maps API – It shows the location of the agent on Google Maps with a pin marker. It also helps users find the address of the partners on the map.

Agents and agencies can make payments and manage learning papers from their dashboards. However, only registered agents with paid memberships can open the learning papers that the administrator supplies. We also added connection request notifications, acceptance or rejection notifications, and notifications of viewing contact information.
