HBX, or HouseBox Document, is a multi-purpose Flutter mobile app for scanning documents. Users can scan, store, and update their papers as needed. This app offers a user-friendly interface, easy access, safe file storage, and many other benefits.
The challenge
The major goal of this app is to give users many areas of help in a strong and resilient environment. First, a subpar application usually leads to unsatisfactory results and a lack of security. Second, the app’s impressive techniques let it compete while it kept user confidence.
What we built
We designed and built the HouseBox app with the Flutter framework, which gives users an uninterrupted working environment. As a result, these functions improved the stability and usability of the platform, so it outperformed the rival app. The key features of this app include the following.
Document icon – The document option lets users edit, delete, download, search, and filter their documents. The bell icon lets the user view all alerts and set an alarm for a better experience.
Home – The home page shows all recently scanned documents. The user can repeat the process described above, but only with recently opened documents.
Scanned Documents – Users can scan many documents, crop and rotate them, and save them with various tags. When the document is saved, users receive a notice in the upper right corner of the screen.
Profile – The user can edit their profile in the profile area. In addition, the user can change the password, log out of the profile, and change information. The app hides personal information such as the password, email, profile picture, and phone number. At the same time, the user can activate the notice.
Stay Updated – When someone adds a new document to the file, users get an alert immediately. The user can turn the notification button on or off as needed.

The result for the client
Based on the client’s requirements, the Zehntech mobile app development team selected Flutter technology. We built a feature-rich and safe environment for scanning and storing documents. The app and its capabilities were a huge success, and users were quite satisfied with the security of their documents.
