Overview

About the project

Resume Digital is a resume uploader Salesforce app, a web application that eases the hiring procedure. This low-code application removes the complexity of managing multiple resumes and speeds up recruitment. Its goal is to give the employer a streamlined dashboard that reduces manual data entry, which also removes the chance of human error.

Challenge

The challenge

From a startup to an MNC, every organization has to go through many profiles to select the right person for a post, which takes time and effort. Moreover, keeping a manual record of these resumes and editing them is a handful of tasks. It also risks incorrect information or lost records.

Solution

What we built

Resume Digital is a modern, intuitive solution to a long hiring procedure. We built the application around the employer’s basic needs when starting a hiring drive or selecting the right candidate from a wide list. Learn more about Salesforce and our custom software services.

  • First, the resume uploader Salesforce app has a 2-step resume upload in PDF format. It extracts basic details from the resume, such as the candidate’s name, contact information, current organization, and email address.
  • Another essential feature is the candidate profiles section. It gives a complete list of all the uploaded resumes with the candidates’ names. The list also displays some basic details extracted from the resumes, and employers can edit them then and there.
  • Finally, employers can extract the details of any candidate for further use.
Result

The result for the client

We used the benefits of Salesforce to build an application that streamlines the hiring procedure. As a result, it reduces manual effort and increases accuracy when filling in candidate details. Employers often want to know more about the resumes they receive before they shortlist candidates. Therefore, the multiple views of the resumes give a better analysis of the available profiles and improve hiring.
