We had to design a platform that manages the project and development process without hassle. It needed a guarded and monitored workflow with all the necessary integrations. It was hard to plan a solution that needs deep technical expertise and still fits the requirement.

First, we built a custom SharePoint webpart that supports the creation and tracking of projects, so they are delivered on time. The analysis shows the current level of projects and the deviations so far. Then it alerts the people concerned to take the necessary actions and deliver quality at pace.
