Mayra’s DMS is a doctor management system. It is a platform where patients and doctors register for efficient administration of their healthcare needs. Doctors register as affiliates and manage their staff and patients through the system. The client is a doctor who practices dermatology. His motto is to help people lead a beautiful and happy life with quality. For this reason, he offers advanced treatments such as laser and cosmetic treatments. These help people fight various skin and hair-related diseases. As a result, they lead a happier and more comfortable life. The client also aimed to help other doctors use these technologies and medication in their practice. In this way, their patients get better treatment options. Therefore, he needed a cloud platform where affiliate doctors and their patients could register and have all their healthcare needs managed well. Creating this platform was the business challenge.

We created a cloud platform for the client. It is a complete doctor management system. Throughout the work, we took great care of the client’s needs and expectations. In the initial discussions, we agreed that the application would serve both doctors and patients. For this reason, the platform offers two separate identities. First, doctors register as affiliates and associate with Dr.Patidar to learn his treatments. Then they use those treatments in their practice and offer better health care to their patients. Simultaneously, patients register in the application to book and manage their appointments and take better care of their healthcare needs.

This created a complete network between doctors and patients. Doctors track their patient’s activities and keep a thorough record of prescriptions and appointments. Also, patients manage their appointments at a time that suits them, so they do not miss any. Besides that, doctors have extra features to manage their staff, inventories, and orders. Furthermore, they can track their revenues.

Apart from these two identities, the application has a third Admin identity. It gives complete management rights of the platform. The admin manages the data of the affiliate doctors and the patients. Also, the admin handles the product listings, so affiliates can order products for prescribing and treating their patients. In addition, users pay online with a debit or a credit card.
